Do you have to shave between hair growth?
If you shave, it will allow the epilator to reach the bulb more easily. But shaving is not necessary. How do I start using the product as soon as I receive it? No battery or charge are required, you just have to plug in the device to start the treatment. Bring the device closer to the body area to be treated so that it is perpendicular to the skin, and apply the treatment with laser light. With 5 levels of intense pulsed light, you can adjust the device according to your needs. It is effective in a very short time of use. What is the IPL?
The technique of the Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) is used for curative or aesthetic skin care, mainly for permanent hair removal (photo-depilation), semi-depilation, treatment of signs of aging, pigmentation spots (photo depigmentation) and rejuvenation (photorejuvenation).
Is it safe?
No, you're safe! Many studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of pulsed light for hair removal, and the fact that it doesn’t present any risk to your health. It is a very gentle method, much less aggressive than laser hair removal performed in a clinic. It represents an effective method of hair removal and it’s becoming popular in France, already used by people at home, in institutes, and in some clinics.
When do we see results?
The first results are visible after the first 2/3 sessions. After about 12 sessions there are good overall results. However, results vary from person to person, based on your skin and hair type. If you don't notice any results after 10/12 sessions, we recommend that you increase the power of the device and continue the treatment every week.
What part of the body can it be used on?
Our hair removal device can be used on every part of the body such as underarms, legs, thighs, bikini line, face, neck, shoulders and back. You have to avoid contact with mucous membranes, especially when removing hair from the face or bikini area.
How long does a session last?
It depends on the area of the body treated. A full leg can take up to 5 minutes and an armpit 2 minutes. A full body treatment takes about 30 minutes.
How often should I use Skini?
Our advice is that you use your Skini IPL epilator once a week for the first 12 weeks. After this period, we recommend that you use it twice a month for 3 months or until you are happy with the result. In order to have a smooth and hair-free skin, use your Skini every 2-3 months as needed.
Who is this product intended for?

Can it be used on moles?
No, the pulsed light hair removal should not be used on your moles.
Why is IPL not suitable for darker skin tones?
Darker skin tones contain more melanin and are therefore absorb a higher amount of light energy than is recommended for health reasons, which causes some discomfort.
Is the IPL safe for private parts?
The IPL can be used safely on the bikini line. However, it is not suitable for the genital area, because the skin may be darker and the hair denser, which causes greater absorption of light energy and some discomfort.

Do you ship abroad?
Absolutely, we can ship almost anywhere in the world except: Irak, Palestinian territories and Israel.
My parcel hasn't arrived yet, is that normal?
Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 working days. If it is less than 7 business days, please wait, your item is in transit.
Refund Policy
I want to cancel my order, is that possible?
Yes, you have 24 hours from the moment your order has been paid for. Just inform us via e-mail. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
My item is damaged, can I get a refund?
Absolutely, if your item is broken, make a video and send it to us. Your item will be 100% refunded within 7 days of delivery.
I'm not satisfied with my order, what can I do?
Contact us and we will explain everything. Please contact us to get the address where you have to return the products, as mentioned before, we have many suppliers. We accept only approved return requests by email. You have 7 days from receipt of the goods to contact us. If your request is accepted, you have to send us the item and we will refund you.
