Obligation #2: Fast order processing
We know that you want to receive the products as quickly as possible. This is why our entire team makes efforts to process orders as quickly as possible and to entrust them to the most reliable carriers in terms of delivery (La Poste, USPS, Royal Mail ...). You can track your packages in real time and contact us at any time if you have any questions.

 

Obligation #3: Transparent informations
We have no secrets towards our customers. We publish all the operating information of our devices and the conditions of our offers in a transparent manner.

 

Obligation #4: Guaranteed return

Since anyone has the right to change their mind, we guarantee you a 30-day cancellation period, upon approval, to inform us of your intention to return an item, then we offer you other 7 days to return the product, in good condition, in its original packaging. As soon as we receive the product, we will reimburse the amount of the returned product. Products sold with promotions are neither returned nor exchanged.

 

Obligation #5: Permanent contact
We assure you that we respond to all your requests for information and deal with any complaints as quickly as possible. We want to interact with you in a transparent manner. Our customer service answers within 48 hours (we do not work on Sundays).

Your payments are 100% secure because we use encrypted payment technologies. Our Payment processor is Stripe.
We guarantee the same level of security and protection of your bank details.
